Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support via live chat to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
- Document interactions, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases to senior specialists
- Maintain deep knowledge of products/services to deliver first-resolution solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer experience

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer support experience via chat, email, or phone
- Exceptional written communication and typing skills (60+ WPM)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and troubleshooting software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
