- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and product questions with precision
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems with 100% accuracy

- Develop expertise in proprietary software and industry best practices

- Support 24/7 coverage rotation including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of live chat support experience in SaaS/tech environments
- Proven ability to manage 5+ concurrent chat sessions while maintaining quality
- Expertise in Zendesk, Intercom, or enterprise-level CRM platforms
- Exceptional written communication with flawless grammar and tone
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting software, connectivity, and account issues
- High school diploma; relevant certification or degree preferred
