Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using modern retail technology.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and organization on the sales floor.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Washington DC or Virginia locations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
