Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend operations across 2-3 high-traffic Chicago locations
- Lead and mentor 5-8 part-time staff during peak weekend hours
- Execute inventory management and supply chain logistics for weekend operations
- Develop and implement weekend-specific customer engagement strategies
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and optimize operational workflows
- Handle escalated customer inquiries with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in team leadership or coordination
- Proven availability to work exclusively weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and local businesses
