Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Manage incoming tickets and emails via phone, chat, and email with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve client concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve logs within our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the on-site support team to ensure seamless coverage during weekend shifts.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common customer issues and relay them to management to help improve products and services.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all support activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
