Responsibilities
- Coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of weekend events including festivals, markets, and corporate functions
- Manage vendor relations and on-site staff during events (10-15 personnel)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve attendee issues in real-time
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event analytics
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote upcoming weekend events
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and supply management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of event coordination or hospitality experience
- Availability to work full-time weekends (Friday-Sunday 8am-8pm)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
