Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of weekend events including vendor management, logistics, and safety protocols
- Lead on-site teams of 10-50 staff/volunteers during weekend operations
- Develop event layouts, schedules, and contingency plans for outdoor/indoor venues
- Manage client relationships and ensure brand consistency across all activations
- Track KPIs including attendance, vendor satisfaction, and revenue targets
- Conduct post-event analysis and implement optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in event management or hospitality coordination
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for logistics planning
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits
- Flexible availability including evenings and holidays during peak seasons
