Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event venues
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to attendees
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and maintenance during shifts
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise and ticket sales
- Coordinate with vendors and fellow staff for seamless operations
- Report operational issues and maintain event cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) 8am-8pm
- Previous customer service or event staffing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
