Responsibilities
- Plan and execute weekend events and activations across Texas/Florida markets
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for high-energy gatherings
- Lead teams of 5-10 staff during weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue regulations
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
- Track performance metrics and optimize event experiences
- Maintain inventory and equipment for weekend operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Basic budget management experience
- Local market knowledge of Texas/Florida preferred
- Must be 18+ and able to lift 30lbs
