Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient education and support to families
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related health field
- Current California RN/LVN or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in hospital or clinic setting
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
