Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Accurately document patient records and maintain strict confidentiality
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education opportunities
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or relevant healthcare certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Valid Oregon state healthcare license (RN, LPN, or CMA)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work full-time weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional holidays
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced weekend environment
