Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocolsDocument patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teamsMonitor patient vital signs and respond to emergenciesEducate patients and families on health managementMaintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Valid state healthcare license (RN, LPN, or CMA)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel between Chicago and Ohio facilities
