Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and treatment schedules across weekend shifts
- Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care
- Oversee weekend patient admissions and discharge processes
- Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Train and mentor weekend staff on best practices
- Manage inventory and resource allocation for weekend operations
- Conduct weekend rounds to assess patient satisfaction and care quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare coordination experience
- Current RN or LPN license required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations

- Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR)
