Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support during night/weekend shifts
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to emergency situations following protocols
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts (Fri-Sun, 7pm-7am)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
