Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans and medical services during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records and ensure accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care
- Respond to patient inquiries and address concerns with empathy
- Assist in weekend admissions, discharges, and emergency protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare coordination or clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (EHR)

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
