Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care coordination during weekend shifts
- Administer treatments, medications, and emergency interventions per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient continuity
- Lead patient education and discharge planning initiatives
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations and emergency response

Qualifications
- Current RN license with 3+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Weekend shift availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems

- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- BSN or higher preferred
