Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and treatment plans during weekend shifts
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to maintain seamless patient services
- Document clinical encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per physician protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and decisive action
- Collaborate with weekday staff for continuity of patient care plans
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or allied health field
- Current Oklahoma state licensure/certification (RN, LPN, EMT, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute or outpatient setting
- Strong weekend availability with flexible scheduling needs
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
