Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and support services during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Coordinate patient intake, vitals monitoring, and treatment preparation
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care transitions
- Manage inventory and maintain clinical equipment readiness
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years clinical experience in hospital/clinic setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays and overtime
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical protocols
