Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless clinic operations
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and maintain accurate patient records
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism and clinical expertise
- Implement infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in weekend staff training and quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient education and discharge planning for weekend admissions
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Current PA state licensure (RN, LPN, or Medical Technologist)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience with weekend shift exposure
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred for certain roles)
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during high-volume weekend periods
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience a plus)
