Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) in a hospital or clinical setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining detailed patient records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changing health conditions
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and healthcare compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or related healthcare field
- Current state licensure/certification (e.g., RN, CNA, EMT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends with weekdays off
- CPR/BLS certification required
