Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across all hotel departments
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate weekend event operations and VIP guest experiences
- Maintain strict inventory control for weekend high-demand amenities
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with weekday management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend periods
- Flexible availability (Friday-Sunday, weekends only)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler certification preferred
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
