Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations for 15+ staff members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences during peak hours
- Handle inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate with day-shift management for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5am-1pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Valid Nevada Food Handler's certification
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Previous experience in high-volume weekend environments
