Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts
- Lead and mentor 5-7 team members to achieve sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
- Execute inventory management and merchandising strategies
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Train new staff on store protocols and safety procedures
- Compile shift reports and performance metrics

Qualifications
