Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Oversee transportation logistics for weekend deliveries across Michigan and Pennsylvania
- Manage team of weekend staff, ensuring safety protocols and performance standards
- Resolve logistical issues in real-time using our proprietary tracking system
- Generate weekend performance reports and communicate with weekday management team
- Maintain compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations
- Optimize weekend delivery routes for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina for warehouse environment (standing/walking for extended periods)
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with fixed schedule
