Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and quality control during weekend shifts.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the weekend shift team to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and manage outbound logistics efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards across the facility.
- Perform regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
