- Oversee daily weekend operations across multiple Philadelphia locations
- Coordinate 15-20 member weekend teams with precision and efficiency
- Implement client service protocols ensuring exceptional weekend experiences
- Manage inventory, logistics, and facility maintenance for weekend shifts
- Develop weekend-specific operational strategies for maximum impact
- Train and mentor weekend staff on best practices and compliance
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years operations or team leadership experience
- Proven track record managing weekend or shift-based teams
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and local business landscape
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service expertise
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently (no exceptions)
- Proficient in inventory management systems and reporting tools
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
