Responsibilities
- Direct weekend staff across clinical and administrative departments
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence during all shifts
- Coordinate patient flow and service delivery across 24/7 facilities
- Implement weekend-specific protocols for emergency response
- Conduct performance evaluations and weekend team development
- Optimize weekend scheduling and resource allocation
- Report operational metrics to weekday leadership team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years healthcare operations or management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of JCAHO/OSHA compliance standards
- Advanced scheduling and conflict resolution skills
- Certified Healthcare Manager (CHM) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
