- Manage real-time inventory tracking across 3 fulfillment centers
- Lead daily shift briefings and performance evaluations

- Train new weekend staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations or logistics management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in route planning software (e.g., Route4Me)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
- Flexible availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
