Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ weekend staff members across warehouse and fulfillment departments
- Optimize weekend inventory management and shipping processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Resolve operational escalations and maintain service SLAs
- Conduct weekly shift briefings and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years in warehouse/supply chain management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
- Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP systems preferred
