Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 5-7 team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Coordinate with overnight shift supervisors for smooth handovers
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for weekly leadership reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory systems
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
