- Lead and mentor weekend staff (15-20 employees)
- Implement inventory management and loss prevention protocols

- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Handle escalated customer service issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/hospitality management experience
- Strong weekend availability (Fri-Sun)
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
