- Lead and mentor 15-20 weekend staff members to deliver exceptional service standards
- Optimize weekend inventory, staffing, and resource allocation based on demand patterns
- Implement and monitor weekend-specific sales strategies and promotions
- Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain service quality metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handoffs
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement action plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years in supervisory/management roles, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Proven experience managing weekend or shift-based operations
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Philadelphia market knowledge and local community connections
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean record
