- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams to achieve sales and service targets
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts, including inventory oversight

- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers and planning
- Execute promotional events and visual merchandising standards
- Train new staff on product knowledge and store procedures
- Monitor store security and safety protocols during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
