Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend retail operations including staff scheduling, inventory oversight, and store performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Execute strategic merchandising plans and promotional campaigns during peak weekend shopping periods.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, loss prevention standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with weekday management teams for seamless operational handovers and communication.
- Develop and implement weekend-specific customer engagement initiatives to drive loyalty and sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with proven weekend shift leadership.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale platforms.
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven operational decisions.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation for store visits.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours.
- Certification in loss prevention or retail operations preferred.
