Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 weekend retail associates during peak shopping hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Process inventory shipments and maintain stockroom organization
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations with professionalism
- Execute visual merchandising directives and promotional campaigns
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Train new staff on POS systems and store policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (Square experience preferred)
- Valid California driver's license (for inventory runs)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of SF retail market trends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
