Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics during the weekend shift.
- Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 employees to ensure high productivity.
- Implement and enforce strict safety and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate with upper management to report on performance metrics and inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.
- Conduct weekly team meetings and shift briefings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or management roles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Strong command of English; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Valid Driver’s License in the state of Florida.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
