Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflows specifically for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse and support staff.
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and stock replenishment.
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Generate and review performance reports for weekend activities.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend shipments and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or warehouse management.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
