- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage a team of 8-12 warehouse and distribution staff
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with weekday teams for operational continuity
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Handle client communications and resolve operational escalations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills with weekend shift management
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and inventory systems
- OSHA certification and safety management expertise
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
