Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and quality control
- Coordinate 15-person delivery team for timely weekend distribution
- Implement process improvements to boost weekend operational efficiency
- Resolve logistical challenges and maintain service level agreements
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless handovers
- Generate performance reports and data-driven recommendations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/supply chain management
- Experience managing weekend or shift-based operations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + 1 remote weekday)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
