Responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Manage and mentor weekend staff team (15+ employees)
- Ensure compliance with health/safety and service standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and operational issues proactively
- Coordinate inventory management and supply logistics
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality/retail management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in high-volume environments
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible weekends with occasional holidays
- Excellent communication and team development abilities
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's certification
