Responsibilities
- Manage all weekend operational activities including client support, system monitoring, and process optimization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure weekend service level agreements are consistently exceeded
- Implement weekend-specific projects and initiatives aligned with quarterly business objectives
- Document operational metrics and generate performance reports for leadership review
- Act as primary escalation point for weekend technical and customer service issues
- Facilitate weekend team meetings and training sessions to maintain operational excellence
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure smooth handover processes and continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service environments
- Proven ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits
