- Execute weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures and inventory management
- Deliver exceptional customer service during peak weekend shopping hours
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff on company standards and procedures
- Coordinate with weekday managers to ensure seamless operational handoffs
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
- Manage visual merchandising and promotional displays for weekend foot traffic

Qualifications
