Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend logistics and delivery schedules
- Train and supervise weekend staff, maintaining safety protocols and performance standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend operational efficiency
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend strategic adjustments
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service level agreements

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Proven ability to supervise teams in shift-based environments

- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls
