Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend inventory management and warehouse operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend workflows
- Monitor and optimize logistics processes using proprietary software systems
- Conduct quality assurance checks and resolve operational issues in real-time
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on safety protocols and procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or operations management
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for site visits)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holidays
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
