- Manage and coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics

- Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize weekend workflows through data analysis and process improvements
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless transition and handover
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and best practices
- Generate weekend performance reports and recommend strategic enhancements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or operations
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based or weekend environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic schedules
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
