Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend logistics operations ensuring seamless workflow across all departments
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests for weekend shifts
- Lead a team of 5-7 weekend associates, providing guidance and performance feedback
- Resolve operational escalations and implement process improvements
- Generate weekend performance reports and analyze key metrics
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure operational continuity
- Train new weekend staff on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operations or logistics management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Flexible availability to work exclusively on weekends (Fri-Sat-Sun)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
