Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain service level agreements during weekend shifts
- Implement and optimize safety protocols for weekend work environments
- Monitor real-time logistics data and escalate critical issues to on-call managers
- Conduct weekend shift handovers with precision and clear documentation
- Lead weekend staff training sessions for new operational procedures
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and recommend efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
- Proven ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics analytics tools
