Responsibilities
- Oversee daily inventory management and stock rotation to ensure accuracy and prevent stockouts.
- Execute loading and unloading procedures for trucks and trailers with speed and precision.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred.
