Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations with precision, ensuring 99.9% service uptime for enterprise clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across time zones to resolve critical escalations
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Generate executive-level performance reports with actionable insights
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational excellence standards
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
- Conduct weekend audits to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years in operations management with weekend shift experience
- Proficiency in Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft Power BI
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Advanced certification in ITIL or COBIT
