Responsibilities
- Manage weekend inventory control systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations during peak weekend hours
- Execute weekend facility safety audits and compliance protocols
- Lead weekend shift handovers with detailed operational reporting
- Mentor weekend team members on SOPs and technology platforms
- Resolve real-time supply chain disruptions with minimal downtime
- Analyze weekend performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics or operations management
- Proven weekend shift leadership experience
- OSHA certification and safety protocol expertise
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM
